Jooners Online Signup Sheet – Review and Giveaway!
Sometimes a product review presents itself at just the right time. The opportunity to review Jooners online signup sheet, came when I was feeling overwhelmed with planning my homeschool co-op group’s activities. Emails were getting lost and some families were not receiving the invites in time to join the classes. I received a premium membership from Jooners in exchange for giving my fair and honest review.
This is as easy as pie to get started with! I was feeling a little intimidated when I first pulled up the instructions but after watching the introductory video from Jooners online signup sheet I knew this was going to be perfect for my homeschool co-op planning. I even did a little fist pump…awesome!
In December I used Jooners to coordinate our homeschool co-op art show. I pulled up an event signup sheet and entered the items I thought we would need as far as food, drinks, and volunteers to help. This process was super easy. Once I had my signup sheet done, I could save it, email it to each family, and then wait to see their responses. Jooners even will send out a reminder to each family so they will remember what they signed up to bring or help with.
Now I decided to use a Jooners online signup sheet for our rock climbing event. For this signup, I used the second kind of spreadsheet available and that is “collect data”. This made it easy to describe the event in the description, make a column of the family names, and then a column for families to respond with their desire to attend and help with supervision, and a place for a contact number. Three columns and I was done!
The families involved in our co-op are all fairly tech-savvy so using an online signup sheet was perfectly natural and not too complicated for them. I sent an email ahead of time to let them know what I was doing and how the process would work. The learning curve was very short and by January we were all pros, with participants even giving me some ideas for making the signup sheets even better like making sure there is a column for a contact phone.
Note that once you enter in your friends, Jooners saves their information-name, email, phone numbers, addresses. This totally makes creating a spreadsheet for a set group of people a breeze. For the month of January, I made four signup sheets on Jooners. I think it took me about fifteen minutes to create them all. In less than 24 hours almost all the families had responded to the email and filled in their information on the Jooners online signup sheet.
So, a job that used to be a headache, is now fun and easy.
What I Love About Jooners Online SignUp Sheets
- Easy to get started, this program is not complicated.
- Flexible to fit all our needs from an art show event to tennis dates at the park.
- There are online examples of sign-ups you can view and then adapt to your needs if you want a premade template.
- People are able to enter their own information using their computers, laptops, or iPhones which means no excuses!
- You can change your commitments if your plans change. Jooners sends an email to the creator of the signup sheet and lets them know there has been a change.
- Jooners automatically sends out reminders you set up ahead of time and then it gives you a reminder to send out thank you notes to the volunteers and participants. (It makes me look really good…keeping me organized!)
- Jooners basic membership is free and ad-free to everyone.
I can see the potential for using Jooners for all kinds of things that I do in my life besides our homeschool group. I host a monthly breakfast at my house and it could be used to invite those people who come regularly and see if they want to contribute any food or drinks. I am also thinking that in the blog world there are link-up events that I have hosted that I could use Jooners for as far as gathering data and keeping participants informed of due dates and other commitments.
Would you like the opportunity to use Jooners Online Signup Sheets in your family? I have two premium memberships to giveaway! Each is valued at $49.95! I am excited to share these with you and hope that you can use them in the year to come.

This looks great! I could use it for my homeschool group activities & also for family events & church events. I have been looking for a better way to get feedback from the homeschool group. I have tried the Yahoo Group Polls method & the Evites method & they both have limitations that make them hard to use for what I want to accomplish. This looks like it would work great!
Hi Barb ;o) You can count me in for this great giveaway. I have FB your link too.
